Hotel Sales Manager
As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel located in the US. Your main focus will be on developing and implementing sales strategies to attract and retain clients, while also maintaining relationships with existing customers. You will work closely with the hotel's management team to identify new business opportunities and ensure that the hotel is meeting its financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue them
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including corporate accounts, travel agents, and event planners
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with the hotel's management team to ensure that sales goals align with overall business objectives
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance to senior management
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking events to promote the hotel's services
- Train and mentor junior sales staff to improve their performance
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
