Carpenter - Construction and Renovation Specialist

As a Carpenter - Construction and Renovation Specialist in Mombasa, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and other building materials. You will work closely with the construction team to ensure all projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Construct, install, and repair structures such as walls, floors, roofs, windows, doors, and cabinets
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials according to blueprints or specifications
- Install structures such as windows, frames, floorings, trimmings using hand or power tools
- Repair and maintain existing wooden structures including furniture and fixtures
- Work closely with construction team members to ensure projects are completed within specified timelines
- Follow safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents or injuries

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a carpenter or similar role in the construction industry
- Excellent knowledge of carpentry techniques and tools including saws, drills, chisels etc.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks
- Attention to detail with good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month for this position.
