Architectural Technologist - Oslo, Norway


We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Oslo, Norway. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of architectural plans and drawings for various construction projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per week.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and designers to develop detailed architectural plans and drawings
- Create 3D models and renderings using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
- Review building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with project designs
- Prepare documentation for building permits and other approvals
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assist in construction progress monitoring
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders to provide updates on project progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Norway is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with sustainable design practices
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling)
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Experience working on commercial or residential construction projects
