Handyman Supervisor
As a Handyman Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of handymen and ensuring that all maintenance and repair tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. Based in La-Condamine, you will work closely with our clients to identify their needs and coordinate the work schedule accordingly. You will also be responsible for providing guidance, training and support to your team members as well as conducting regular performance evaluations.

To excel in this role, you must have at least 3 years of experience working as a handyman and possess strong leadership skills. You should have excellent knowledge of various repair techniques and tools, as well as a good understanding of building codes and safety standards. As this role involves interacting with clients on a regular basis, strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

In addition to technical skills, we are looking for someone who is organized, proactive and able to prioritize tasks effectively. You should also have the ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously. A valid driver's license is required for this position.
