Dietitian Assistant


We are searching for a detail-oriented and compassionate Dietitian Assistant to join our team in Fonvieille. As a Dietitian Assistant, you will work closely with our registered dietitians to provide support and assistance in creating personalized meal plans for our clients. You will also be responsible for conducting dietary assessments, monitoring clients' progress, and providing education on nutrition and healthy eating habits.

Responsibilities:
- Assist registered dietitians in developing individualized meal plans based on clients' dietary needs and goals
- Conduct dietary assessments and document clients' food intake, weight, and health history
- Monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their meal plans as needed
- Provide nutritional counseling and education to clients on healthy eating habits
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Maintain accurate records of client information, progress, and communication with healthcare team members
- Keep up-to-date with current research and developments in the field of nutrition

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field from an accredited institution
- Previous experience working in a healthcare setting preferred
- Knowledge of nutrition principles and guidelines
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information in simple terms
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Salary: $1600 per month (with accommodation)
Location: Fonvieille, France (nationality/location preference is not strict)
