Job Title: Computer Support Specialist (Entry Level) - Gujrat, India



We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Gujrat, India. As an Entry Level Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of their computer systems.

Salary: 900$

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email or in-person
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Install, configure and maintain computer systems and networks
- Set up new devices and install necessary software
- Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements
- Ensure data security and perform regular backups
- Train users on basic computer operations and applications

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking and operating systems
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Previous experience is not required but preferred
