As a Mason in Lusail, Qatar, you will be responsible for constructing and repairing brickwork, stone structures, and other similar materials. You will work on both residential and commercial projects, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest quality standards.

To excel in this role, you must have previous experience as a Mason and be proficient in working with various types of materials such as bricks, stones, and concrete. You should also have knowledge of different masonry techniques and be able to read blueprints and follow construction plans.

Responsibilities:
- Constructing brick walls, chimneys, archways, and other structures according to construction plans
- Repairing damaged masonry work
- Preparing and laying bricks or other materials
- Cutting or shaping materials to fit specific job requirements
- Mixing mortar or grout for laying bricks or stones
- Ensuring all work is completed according to safety standards
- Maintaining clean and organized work areas
- Communicating with contractors and other team members to coordinate projects

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Mason
- Proficient in working with various types of materials such as bricks, stones, and concrete
- Knowledge of masonry techniques including bricklaying, stone setting, and pointing
- Ability to read blueprints and follow construction plans
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Physically fit to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods of time
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
