English Language Tutor


We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic English Language Tutor to join our team in Muscat, Oman. As a language tutor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality language instruction to students of various ages and levels. This includes creating lesson plans, administering assessments, and providing feedback to students. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of English grammar and vocabulary, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students.

Responsibilities:
- Develop lesson plans and instructional materials based on student needs and curriculum requirements
- Conduct engaging and interactive lessons that focus on improving students' reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills
- Administer periodic assessments to evaluate student progress
- Provide regular feedback to students on their performance and areas for improvement
- Communicate with parents or guardians about their child's progress and address any concerns or questions
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and lesson plans
- Stay updated on current teaching methods and strategies for teaching English as a second language

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an English language tutor or teacher
- Excellent command of the English language with native-level fluency
- Strong understanding of English grammar rules and vocabulary
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans tailored to individual student needs
- Experience working with students of various ages and levels
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with technology used in teaching (e.g. interactive whiteboards, educational software)

Salary: 1800$ per month
