We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team in Kaunas. As a Painter, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, mixing and applying paint, and ensuring quality workmanship on all projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$. Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired shades
- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Ensure proper coverage and smoothness of finish
- Protect surrounding areas from paint spills or splatters
- Follow safety procedures at all times
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Painter, with a strong portfolio of completed projects
- Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and tools
- Ability to mix colors and create desired shades
- Attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and perform tasks that require reaching or bending
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
