Handyman - Home Maintenance and Repairs Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team in Kaunas. As a Home Maintenance and Repairs Specialist, you will be responsible for completing various tasks related to home repairs, installations, and maintenance. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our clients' homes are in top condition, both aesthetically and functionally.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform various home repairs such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work
- Install fixtures, appliances, and other household items
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning gutters, changing filters, and inspecting for damages
- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions accordingly
- Keep track of inventory and purchase necessary supplies

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Knowledge of various home repair techniques and tools
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Lithuanian would be a plus)
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and perform tasks that require manual labor
