Locksmith Technician



We are hiring a skilled Locksmith Technician to join our team in Eschen, providing services for Malayalee community members. Your role will involve repairing and installing different types of locks, including traditional and modern security systems. You will also be responsible for assessing security needs and recommending appropriate solutions to clients.

As a Locksmith Technician, you should have strong knowledge and experience in lock mechanisms, as well as excellent problem-solving skills. You must be able to work independently and have good communication skills to interact with clients.

Responsibilities:
- Install and repair various types of locks, including electronic and mechanical systems
- Provide lockout services for clients who have lost their keys or been locked out of their home or vehicle
- Assess security needs of clients and recommend appropriate solutions
- Create new keys using key-cutting machines
- Program electronic key cards or key fobs
- Keep track of inventory of tools and supplies needed for jobs
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of work performed
- Respond to emergency calls for lock-related issues

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Locksmith
- Strong knowledge of different types of locks and security systems
- Ability to use tools such as drills, saws, and key-cutting machines
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in English (Malayalam proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be physically fit to perform tasks such as lifting heavy objects or working in small spaces

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month, along with benefits such as health insurance and paid time off.

Location:
This full-time position is located in Eschen, where you will have the opportunity to serve the local Malayalee community. Accommodation can be provided if needed.
