As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods. Your duties will include designing new recipes, ordering ingredients, managing inventory, and maintaining high levels of food safety and hygiene. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent time management skills. Salary: 1300$

Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare various pastries, desserts, and baked goods according to established recipes
- Design new recipes and menu items based on customer preferences
- Order ingredients and supplies as needed
- Manage inventory levels to ensure availability of necessary ingredients
- Maintain high levels of food safety and sanitation practices
- Train junior staff members on pastry techniques
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the bakery
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques
- Adhere to health codes and regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
- Proven track record in creating delicious pastries with attention to detail
- Knowledgeable in various pastry techniques such as baking, decorating, tempering chocolate, etc.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with other kitchen staff members
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred
- Must be able to speak English fluently
