Plasterer for Residential and Commercial Projects in Oslo, Norway


A reputable construction company in Oslo, Norway is seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our team. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster and other materials to various surfaces in residential and commercial projects. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1300$ per week, along with visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning and smoothing them
- Mix plaster according to specified consistency
- Apply coats of plaster onto walls, ceilings, and other surfaces
- Use tools such as trowels, floaters, and brushes to create desired finish
- Repair cracks and holes in existing plasterwork
- Ensure that work meets safety regulations and quality standards
- Collaborate with other tradespeople on job sites

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer in both residential and commercial projects
- Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications
- Knowledge of different types of plaster and their applications
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members from different backgrounds

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification or apprenticeship training as a Plasterer
- Experience working with different types of plastering techniques such as Venetian plaster or stucco
- Familiarity with Scandinavian construction practices
