Executive Chef
We are searching for a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at our fine dining restaurant in the city of Monte-Carlo. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating exquisite dishes, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong understanding of kitchen operations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Create new and innovative menu items that reflect our restaurant's style and concept
- Train and manage kitchen staff to ensure high-quality standards are consistently met
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies to maintain efficient operations
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and uphold high standards of sanitation
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining establishment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members
- Extensive knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles
- Excellent creativity with the ability to develop unique dishes that appeal to our clientele
- Proven track record of managing food costs and maintaining budgetary guidelines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively collaborate with other departments
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.
