A reputable library in Al-Kuwait is seeking a skilled and experienced Librarian to join our team. As a Librarian, you will be responsible for managing and organizing our collection of books, journals, and other materials. You will also assist patrons with finding resources, answer reference questions, and provide guidance on research strategies.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Librarian
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using library databases and cataloging systems
- Familiarity with current trends in library technology and resources

Responsibilities:
- Manage the acquisition, cataloging, and circulation of library materials
- Assist patrons with locating resources and provide reference services
- Develop and implement programs to promote library services
- Maintain accurate records of library materials and patron accounts
- Train other staff members on library procedures and technology
- Stay updated on current trends in library science and incorporate new technologies into daily operations
