We are currently hiring a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team in Al-Malikiyah. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating and serving high-quality coffee beverages to our customers. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and assisting with inventory management.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, such as lattes, cappuccinos, and espressos
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Ensure the quality of all beverages meets our high standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Restock inventory as needed
- Assist with managing inventory levels and placing orders for supplies
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any questions or concerns promptly
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding food safety and sanitation
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a barista or in the food/beverage industry preferred
- Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month.

This is a part-time position with the opportunity for full-time hours in the future. Accommodation will be provided for non-local candidates. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates looking to gain experience in the food/beverage industry.

Location:
This position is based in Al-Malikiyah, Syria. While we prefer candidates who are already located in Al-Malikiyah or nearby areas, we are open to considering candidates from other locations as well.
