Architecture Manager



The Architecture Manager will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects, ensuring the successful completion of design and construction projects. This role requires strong leadership, project management, and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the architecture industry and a passion for design.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of architects, designers, and engineers
- Oversee the planning, design, and construction phases of projects
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Develop project budgets and schedules
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Review project designs and provide feedback to ensure quality standards are met
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Mentor junior staff members and provide guidance when needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the architecture industry
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other design software
- Experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Leadership experience is preferred

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Los Angeles (preference for Indians)
