We are a reputable architecture firm based in Los-Angeles, seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our dynamic team. This role requires a highly skilled and motivated individual with strong leadership and project management skills.

As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural projects, from conception to completion. This includes managing a team of architects, engineers, and designers, as well as coordinating with clients and contractors.

Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects, engineers, and designers
- Oversee all stages of architectural projects, from design to construction
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop project proposals
- Ensure that projects meet quality standards and are completed within budget and on time
- Communicate regularly with contractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Develop project schedules and allocate resources accordingly
- Mentor junior staff members and provide guidance on complex design issues
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in architecture or a similar role
- Proven track record of successfully managing architectural projects from start to finish
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other architectural software programs
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and regulations
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
