A reputable construction company in Svalbard is seeking a skilled and reliable Crane Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various types of cranes, including mobile, tower, and overhead cranes. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently moving materials and equipment on construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a variety of cranes to lift, move, and position materials and equipment
- Perform daily safety checks and routine maintenance on cranes
- Communicate with ground crew to ensure safe movement of materials
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations at all times
- Keep accurate records of crane activity, including maintenance logs and lift reports
- Adhere to project schedules and deadlines
- Troubleshoot any issues with the crane or its components

Requirements:
- Valid certification as a Crane Operator from a recognized training program
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating cranes in a construction setting
- Proficient in reading blueprints and understanding load charts
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others on the job site
- Physically fit with the ability to work in various weather conditions
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one for international travel if necessary

Compensation:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1200 per week, along with benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings plans.
