Job Title: Barber


We are currently seeking a skilled Barber to join our team in Alta, Norway. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality haircuts and grooming services to our clients. You must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Provide haircuts, beard trims, and other grooming services based on client preferences
- Consult with clients to understand their desired look and provide recommendations if needed
- Clean and sanitize tools and workstations after each client
- Maintain knowledge of current hairstyle trends and techniques
- Manage appointments and maintain a tidy work environment
- Build rapport with clients to create an enjoyable experience that encourages repeat business

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barber or similar role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of current hairstyle trends and techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; cosmetology/barbering license preferred
- Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Norwegian is a plus but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1200 per month, with potential for commission based on performance.

Location:
This position is located in Alta, Norway. Candidates must either be residents of Norway or have the legal right to work in Norway.
