Job Title: Mason Supervisor

We are hiring a skilled Mason Supervisor to oversee our team of masons in Albena, a beautiful seaside city in Bulgaria. Our company is looking for a hardworking individual with experience in masonry and strong leadership skills to join our team.

As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the work of our team of masons to ensure that all projects are completed on time and to high quality standards. You will also be responsible for ordering materials, maintaining safety standards on the job site, and providing guidance and training to our team members.

The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 3 years of experience working as a mason, preferably in a supervisory role. They should also have excellent communication skills and be able to work well under pressure. Fluency in English is preferred but not required.
