Teamlead - Project Management


We are currently hiring a motivated and experienced Teamlead in Project Management to join our dynamic team in Clairvaux. As a Teamlead, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects for our clients. You will be responsible for managing a team of project managers and ensuring that projects are completed within budget, on time, and meet all client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with clients.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion.
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or issues.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, address challenges, and provide support.
- Identify areas for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure seamless integration of processes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in project management with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Experience working with biometric passports is preferred but not required.
- Must be willing to reside in Clairvaux with accommodation provided.
