Executive Chef


Our busy restaurant in Sheduva is seeking an experienced and talented Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious and innovative dishes, and the ability to manage and train a team of chefs. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of $1000 per week. We welcome applications from all nationalities, and no English language skills are required for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Designing creative and appealing menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and local flavors
- Overseeing all aspects of food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining food quality standards
- Training and supervising kitchen staff, including sous chefs, line cooks, and prep cooks
- Ensuring compliance with health codes and regulations
- Collaborating with restaurant management to meet financial goals
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Extensive knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles
- Ability to create both classic dishes as well as innovate new dishes that appeal to our customers
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff effectively
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of food costs and ability to work within budget constraints
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
