We are seeking a skilled Network and Systems Administrator with experience and expertise in managing computer systems and networks. This is a challenging role that will require you to ensure the smooth operation of our company's network, servers, and other IT infrastructure.

As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our network systems. This includes configuring routers, switches, firewalls, servers, and other hardware. You will also be responsible for monitoring network performance, identifying and resolving issues, and implementing security measures to protect our data.

In addition to network management, you will also be responsible for maintaining our company's servers. This includes installing operating systems, software updates, performing backups, and ensuring server security. You will also assist in managing user accounts and permissions across various systems.

The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 2 years of experience in network administration or a related field. A degree in Computer Science or a relevant IT certification is preferred. Strong knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP is required.

Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V is also desired. Knowledge of Windows Server Administration is essential for this role. Experience with Linux/Unix systems is a plus.

We are looking for a candidate who can work independently as well as part of a team. Good communication skills are essential as you will be working closely with other IT professionals within the company.
