Collections Specialist

The Collections Specialist will be responsible for contacting and negotiating with customers to collect outstanding debts. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all collection activities and updating customer information. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. This position requires a high level of professionalism and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy. Previous experience in collections or customer service is preferred. This position is open to Kenyan nationals or foreigners currently residing in Eldoret with a valid work permit. No English language proficiency is required but fluency is a plus. Students with relevant experience are welcome to apply for part-time positions. Salary starts at 1300$.
