Junior Information Security Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Information Security Analyst to join our team in the United States. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and mitigating potential security risks and implementing security measures to protect our company's data and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze network traffic for potential security threats
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Implement and maintain security protocols, policies, and procedures
- Respond to security incidents and provide timely resolution
- Keep up-to-date with the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and tools
- Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.)
- Experience with vulnerability scanning tools (Nmap, Nessus)
- Good understanding of common cyber attacks (DDoS, phishing)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
