Junior Merchandiser
We are a luxury retail company based in Monte-Carlo and we are seeking a motivated Junior Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the retail industry and a strong understanding of merchandising principles.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing merchandising strategies for our luxury products
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with buyers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or clearance
- Create visual displays, product presentations, and promotional materials
- Monitor competitor activity and make recommendations for pricing strategies
- Develop relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in merchandising, marketing, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in retail or merchandising preferred
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and visual aesthetics
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software programs
