We are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for completing various maintenance and repair tasks in a timely and efficient manner. This is a part-time position, ideal for students or individuals looking for additional income.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, and repairing minor electrical issues
- Perform basic carpentry tasks such as building shelves and repairing furniture
- Paint and touch up walls, ceilings, and other surfaces
- Respond to tenant maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies
- Ensure all safety measures are followed while completing tasks

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a handyman or in a similar role
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely
- Excellent time management skills
- Good communication skills to interact with tenants and report any issues to the supervisor
- Must be detail-oriented and able to follow instructions accurately

Salary: $1000 per month (part-time)
