Florist

We are seeking a talented and creative Florist to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful flower arrangements and bouquets for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and other special events. Your role will also involve assisting customers with selecting the perfect flowers and providing them with exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and arranging flower bouquets and arrangements according to client preferences
- Maintaining the inventory of fresh flowers and ensuring they are properly stored
- Providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with their orders and answering any questions they may have
- Keeping track of orders and ensuring they are delivered on time
- Managing the overall appearance of the flower shop, including displays and cleanliness
- Collaborating with other team members to come up with new ideas for designs and arrangements
- Processing payments for orders through cash or credit card transactions

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Florist or in a similar role is preferred
- Creative flair and an eye for detail when it comes to designing floral arrangements
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, their characteristics, care instructions, and availability throughout the year
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once
- Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays when needed
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required

Salary: 1700$

Location: Nairobi, Kenya
