Job Title: Heavy Equipment Operator


We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, and cranes to perform tasks such as digging, moving materials, and lifting heavy objects. This is a physically demanding role that requires excellent hand-eye coordination and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment according to safety standards and procedures
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any issues or malfunctions
- Follow project plans and blueprints to accurately complete tasks
- Safely load and unload materials onto trucks or other vehicles
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Adhere to all company policies and regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and procedures for operating heavy machinery
- Ability to read project plans and blueprints
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day
- Strong hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends when needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month for this full-time position.

Location:
This position is based in Vilnius, Lithuania. Candidates must be able to legally work in Lithuania without visa sponsorship.

Accommodation:
This position does not include accommodation. Candidates must arrange their own housing arrangements.

Language Requirements:
As this position involves working with international teams, fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Lithuanian would be an asset but not mandatory.
