Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment
- Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors
- Ensure that materials are moved, loaded, and unloaded efficiently
- Follow project plans and blueprints to complete tasks accurately

- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise with the equipment or materials being used

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a heavy equipment operator
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and schematic drawings
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
