As a Hotel Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue for our hotel in Fonvieille, Monaco. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships with them, and promoting our hotel's services and amenities. You will also oversee the sales team and ensure that they meet their targets and goals.

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a sales role within the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of the local market and industry trends in Fonvieille
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in relevant software and CRM systems
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends

Responsibilities:

Salary:
