Our luxury hotel in Siauliai, Lithuania is seeking a professional and customer-oriented Concierge to join our team. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by assisting them with their needs and requests during their stay. This position requires fluency in English and previous experience in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel and surrounding area
- Assist guests with luggage, transportation arrangements, and restaurant reservations
- Maintain knowledge of local attractions, events, and businesses in order to make recommendations to guests
- Handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism and find solutions to ensure guest satisfaction
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure that the hotel is always presentable
- Keep accurate records of guest requests and follow up on any outstanding tasks
- Continuously strive to improve the guest experience by anticipating their needs and going above and beyond to exceed their expectations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Concierge in a luxury hotel or similar establishment
- Fluent English language skills (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure
- Knowledge of local attractions, events, and businesses is preferred
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
