Floral Designer

We are a floral design company based in Malindi, seeking a skilled and creative Floral Designer to join our team. As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating unique and beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, events, and everyday arrangements. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and create designs that meet their expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Create floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, events, and daily orders
- Consult with clients to understand their vision and preferences
- Select appropriate flowers, greenery, and other materials for each arrangement
- Arrange flowers in an attractive and creative manner
- Ensure all arrangements are of high quality and meet client expectations
- Manage inventory of flowers and supplies
- Maintain knowledge of current trends in floral design
- Assist with set up and delivery of arrangements as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Floral Designer or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, greenery, and other materials used in floral design
- Creativity and artistic ability to create unique designs
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to consult with clients effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is preferred but not required

Salary: $1000 per month
