Our rapidly growing company is seeking a motivated and driven Sales Representative to join our team in Os, Norway. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $1100 per month.

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers. Your main goal will be to increase sales and revenue by building strong relationships with clients and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media platforms
- Present, promote, and sell products to potential customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business relationships with current and prospective clients
- Negotiate agreements and handle customer inquiries regarding product features, pricing, and delivery
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the company
- Continuously improve product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions to customers
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of sales activities

Requirements:

- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Proven ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be legally authorized to work in Norway
