Hotel Sales Manager (English-speaking)



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Las Vegas. As a Canadian-based company, we are looking for a candidate who is fluent in English and has strong sales skills. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in hotel sales and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase hotel bookings and revenue
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with them
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Attend trade shows and networking events to promote the hotel
- Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring maximum profitability for the hotel
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and retention

Requirements:
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken (knowledge of French is an asset)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel sales, preferably in the Las Vegas area
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $1500 per month plus commission on sales.

As this is a full-time position, candidates must have the legal right to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship. Please note that this position does not include accommodation.
