Hotel Sales Manager

As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy for our hotel in Las Vegas. You will work closely with the hotel's revenue and marketing teams to identify potential markets and develop targeted sales plans. Your duties will include identifying and engaging potential clients, negotiating contracts, and managing relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and other partners. You will also analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.

We are seeking a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills and a strong background in hotel sales. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals, as well as experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies. A bachelor's degree in business or hospitality management is preferred.

This position offers a salary of 1800$, plus commission based on performance. We also offer ongoing training opportunities to help you excel in your role.
