We are hiring a skilled and creative Barista to join our team at a bustling café in the charming city of Siauliai, located in the beautiful country of Lithuania. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious and visually appealing coffee and tea beverages for our customers. You should have a passion for all things coffee and tea related, as well as excellent customer service skills. This is a contract position, perfect for someone looking to gain experience in the food and beverage industry without needing prior experience or knowledge of English.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly attitude and take their orders
- Prepare and serve hot and cold coffee and tea beverages according to customer preferences
- Ensure high quality standards are met for all beverages served
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide quick and efficient service while maintaining a positive attitude
- Educate customers about our menu offerings, including specialty drinks and pastries
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- A passion for coffee and tea with knowledge of different brewing methods
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail to ensure high quality beverages are consistently served
- Ability to work well within a team as well as independently
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed

Salary:
This is an hourly paid position with an expected salary of $1200 per month.

Location:
The café is located in the charming city of Siauliai, known for its beautiful architecture, lively atmosphere, and delicious food. It is situated in the northern part of Lithuania, making it easily accessible from other major cities.

Language Requirements:
No English proficiency is required for this position, however, basic communication skills in Lithuanian are preferred.

Accommodation:
This is a contract position and does not include accommodation. Candidates will be responsible for finding their own housing during the duration of their contract.

Visa:
Candidates must have a valid visa to work in Lithuania. This can either be obtained before arrival or with the help of our team upon selection for the position.
