We are seeking a skilled and experienced Gardener to join our team in Las Vegas, USA. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining the gardens and grounds of various properties, ensuring they are kept in pristine condition at all times. This role is suitable for men and does not require knowledge of English as long as the candidate has experience in gardening.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular maintenance tasks such as mowing, weeding, watering, and pruning
- Plant new flowers, shrubs, and trees according to seasonal schedules
- Monitor and control pests and diseases to maintain the health of plants
- Clean and maintain garden equipment
- Ensure that all garden areas are safe for visitors by removing any potential hazards
- Communicate with property owners or managers to understand their specific requirements
- Keep track of inventory and purchase necessary supplies when needed
- Work independently or as part of a team depending on the task at hand

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Gardener or similar role
- Strong understanding of different plants, flowers, trees, and their care needs
- Knowledge of common pests and diseases affecting plants in the local area
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently without supervision
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and property owners/managers
