We are hiring an experienced English teacher to join our team in Mombasa, Kenya. As an English teacher, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging lessons to students of various ages and levels. Your main goal will be to help students improve their English language skills through a combination of classroom instruction, interactive activities, and personalized feedback.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare lessons that align with the school's curriculum and meet the needs of individual students
- Deliver lessons in a dynamic and interactive way to engage students and promote learning
- Use a variety of teaching methods, materials, and resources to cater to different learning styles
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their language skills
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to create a positive learning environment
- Communicate with parents or guardians about their child's progress and development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Teaching certification or license from your home country
- Minimum of 2 years experience teaching English as a second language (ESL)
- Native speaker of English or near-native proficiency
- Knowledge of current teaching methods and techniques for ESL learners
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
