Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Hawalli. This position is open to Kenyans, foreigners, and English-speaking individuals. The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience and must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, and correspondence
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for team members
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports
- Assist with organizing meetings and events
- Handle incoming calls and emails in a professional manner
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order as needed
- Handle confidential information with discretion
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working without accommodation or visa sponsorship
- Familiarity with women's rights and gender equality issues
- Fluency in Arabic or other languages
