Entry Level Administrative Assistant


We are seeking a motivated and organized Entry Level Administrative Assistant to join our team in Hawalli. As an administrative assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will be a Malayalee with no English language requirement and no previous experience necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general office tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing files
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as data entry and invoice processing
- Provide support to other team members as needed

Qualifications:
- Malayalee nationality preferred
- No English language requirement
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication skills
