Part-time Restaurant Manager
Location: Al-Malikiyah, Syria


We are currently hiring a Part-time Restaurant Manager for our busy establishment in Al-Malikiyah. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Train and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff to maintain high-quality service standards
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain financial records and prepare reports for management
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and improve existing dishes

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Biometric passport preferred but not required

Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. However, you must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month.

Location:
Our restaurant is located in Al-Malikiyah, Syria. This position does not come with accommodation.
