Sales Manager - Wiltz, Luxembourg
As a Sales Manager in Wiltz, Luxembourg, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve company goals and drive revenue growth. Your main focus will be on developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet individual and team goals
- Build strong relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and training as needed
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure alignment on sales strategies
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market feedback for senior management
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the sales industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage)
