We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Nairobi. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on our properties. This will include basic plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and other general maintenance duties.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, and repairing minor electrical issues
- Conduct repairs on appliances, furniture, and fixtures as needed
- Paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as required
- Install new fixtures or appliances when necessary
- Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of all properties under our care
- Respond promptly to any emergency maintenance requests
- Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed
- Report any potential safety hazards to management immediately

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and other general maintenance tasks
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Good physical stamina and strength for performing manual labor tasks
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues independently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Effective time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.

Location:
This job is located in Nairobi but is open to Indian nationals.
