Project Manager



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Oslo. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from start to finish. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month and visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage project timelines, resources, and budget
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Conduct regular meetings with team members to ensure project goals are met
- Prepare project reports and presentations for management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in project management
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects on time and within budget
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Asana

Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP certification or equivalent
- Experience working in a multicultural environment
- Familiarity with Agile methodology
