Entry-Level Barber


We are seeking a talented and passionate Barber to join our team in Fonvieille. As an entry-level barber, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow your skills while working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This is a contract position with a salary of $1200 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and communicate with clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide quality haircuts and grooming services to clients of all ages
- Perform beard trims, hot towel shaves, and other grooming services as needed
- Keep work area clean and sanitized at all times
- Maintain knowledge of current hair trends and styles
- Attend training sessions and workshops to improve skills and learn new techniques
- Utilize appropriate tools and products to achieve desired results for each client

Requirements:
- Passion for the barbering profession
- No previous experience required, training will be provided
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills in English (French or other languages are a plus)
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time

Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Previous experience in a similar role or completion of a barbering program/certification
- Knowledge of different hair types, textures, and styles
- Basic understanding of sanitation practices
- Familiarity with various grooming tools
