Land Surveyor


We are hiring a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for measuring and mapping the land, using specialized equipment and tools. You will also be required to analyze data and create detailed reports for construction projects. This position requires experience in land surveying and proficiency with related software. The ideal candidate must have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment such as GPS systems, total stations, and drones
- Analyze survey data and create detailed reports for construction projects
- Prepare topographic maps that show natural features of the land
- Establish property boundaries by researching existing records and legal documents
- Communicate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure accurate survey results
- Maintain accurate records of survey data and findings
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols while working on site
- Keep up-to-date with new surveying techniques and technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in land surveying
- Proficiency with surveying software such as AutoCAD or Civil 3D
- Familiarity with GPS systems, total stations, and other surveying equipment
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Salary:
Salary for this position is 1000$ per month.

This job is located in Abu Dhabi.
