Excavator Operator

We are seeking a skilled Excavator Operator to join our construction team in Beer-Sheva. In this role, you will be responsible for operating various types of excavators to dig and move earth and other materials on construction sites. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$, open to both Indian and foreign candidates who are fluent in English.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate excavators of various sizes and types, including hydraulic, dragline, and clamshell
- Read and interpret construction plans to determine proper excavation locations and depths
- Safely maneuver equipment around construction sites, avoiding any potential hazards or obstacles
- Ensure proper maintenance and care of equipment, reporting any malfunctions or issues to the supervisor
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while operating the excavator
- Work closely with other members of the construction team to complete projects efficiently

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an excavator operator in a construction setting
- Valid license to operate heavy machinery
- Ability to read construction plans and understand excavation requirements
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor environments for extended periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Excellent communication skills in English
