Sales Manager for Contract Position in Sheduva


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team on a contract basis in the city of Sheduva. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve company sales targets. Your main duties will include developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

To excel in this role, you must have previous experience in sales management, preferably in the Nepali or Kenyan market. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to lead and motivate a team towards success. The ideal candidate will also have strong analytical skills and be able to make data-driven decisions to drive sales growth.

This is an urgent position, so we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and quickly adapt to our company culture. As this is a contract position, you should also be comfortable working on a temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support as needed
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify ways to upsell or cross-sell our products/services
- Monitor market trends and analyze data to make informed decisions about pricing, promotions, etc.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance for management review
- Work closely with other departments (marketing, product development) to align strategies and ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in sales management in the Nepali or Kenyan market
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Fluent in English with knowledge of Nepali or Kenyan languages a plus
